Because we are a smaller firm, we don’t pass off your planning needs to clerks or paralegals we meet with you and we prepare your estate plan. When we sit down with you, we carefully examine your assets, future financial needs and your goals for yourself and your loved ones in order to craft an appropriate estate plan. Typical plans will include Wills, Trusts, Advance Health Care Directives, Powers of attorney.
Probate & Trust Administration
Dealing with the loss of a loved one is always difficult and navigating the probate system is never easy. We bring our experience to make sure that you and your family are taken care of when you need to probate a will or administer a trust estate. As a probate attorney, Chris has the knowledge, expertise, and experience to make sure that the process moves forward as quickly and efficiently as possible. He personally handles all of his cases and unlike some probate lawyers, makes all of the required court appearances himself, so you have confidence at every step of the process.
